[ She could have asked about anything. She could have asked about human morality, strange human customs, etiquette...
But no, this is what she hits him with.
If she could see his face right now, she'd see that he's actually properly flustered, which is quite a feat!
He doesn't feel qualified to answer this question. ]
Wow. That's what you've been wondering about recently? I... suppose it's to be expected, in a world like this.
Unfortunately, I feel like I may not give the most satisfactory answer. I can't claim to understand it fully myself.
But... I suppose part of it is that they're associated with femininity. Men don't have breasts, and given that they're uniquely a feminine trait, they tend to be come a focus of admiration for people who are attracted to women.
[ HES TALKING OUT OF HIS ASS.................. ]
I believe it's also because they signify a woman has good health, and is well-suited for bearing children.
[ Ah, she would've enjoyed seeing him wear such a rare expression, even though she wouldn't understand the reason for it. (Why is he embarrassed? It's just body parts...)
Anyway, she patiently waits for however long it takes Siegfried to finish his explanation, and also gives him the courtesy of believing the entirety of it at face value. ]
I see.
[ (Angels can't reproduce, so this is all news to her.) ]
Do you prefer solitude, then? Surely you must miss your home very much...
[ What were his mother and father like...? She doesn't have a sense of familial ties, artificial creation that she is, but she's observed enough skydweller interactions to recognize that parental units are significant in their societal structure. ]
I don't know if "prefer" is the right word. I've grown used to it.
I've been trying to depend on and spend more time with others recently. I have my teammates to thank for that. We all miss Feendrache dearly, I'm sure of that.
What about you, Olivia? We've always been told that primal beasts generally have no will beyond fulfilling the purpose for which they were created, but you seem more complex than that.
Then, I'm glad you have close company for the time being, and I hope you may find your way back soon enough.
As for myself, I've had the opportunity to observe skydwellers for some time now. I suppose my experiences among the children of man allow me to better understand and reframe my own.
Perhaps it's untimely to ask, but what is your personal opinion of my kind, Siegfried?
Really? How so? I'm curious as to what kinds of insights we could possibly have to offer.
No, I don't mind. In my encounters with different primal beasts, I have to say that much like mortal skydwellers, you don't fit one particular bill. Some are malicious, some give the impression of being kindly, and many more simply want to be left in peace and don't feel any particular way or the other towards skydwellers.
So, in the end, I can only judge based on their actions and not on any preconceived notion. I'm afraid that's probably not a very satisfying answer.
I've found that humans are quite passionate about their beliefs and desires, and it can make them very cruel, or very kind. We primal beasts were not created with such... personal inclinations, so it can be admittedly difficult to understand mortal behaviors at times. But I can appreciate our differences, and there are often more similarities than meets the eye.
And rest assured I'm quite satisfied. Thank you for entertaining my inquiry, and I hope you'll allow me to spend more time with you.
[ She enjoys interacting with and observing him. π ]
[ She doesn't want him finding out too much about her kind (angelsβof the fallen variety) but she's willing to keep up the charade of being a 'normal' primal beast for the time being. ]
I'm glad we're in mutual agreement. I look forward to our next meeting then, Siegfried.
gives u the boobiest icon i have
[ ...Hmm. She's gotten a few odd stares in the past, even more when she's accompanied Rosetta around the city. ]
If I may ask then, I've noticed that children of men have a certain captivation with breasts. Is there a reason for this?

I've never given it much thought, truthfully.
I pledged my life to serving Feendrache, wherever that may take me. My duty to my kingdom takes precedence above all else.
Children deserve better than that.

Then again, there is still much I don't understand about your kind.
So perhaps spending more time together would be mutually beneficial, in that sense.
